Party Rentals
Ives Pool features two pools with both a grass and concrete area for event set up. Our smaller pool has a depth of 4 feet which is great for younger children. The larger pool has a depth of 10 feet for those more advanced swimmers. Our pool is always kept at 81 degrees making it perfect for year round events. Lifeguards are included in the cost of pool rentals so that you can be sure that all of your guests remain safe. Please see below for pricing and frequently asked questions.
Rental Fees
A deposit of 50% is required at the time of booking. The remaining 50% must be paid at least one week prior to the event.
Any cancellation made 14 days prior to the scheduled event will be given a full refund minus a $25 processing fee.
Any cancellation made between 13-7 days prior to the scheduled event will be given a 50% refund.
No refunds will be given to events cancelled within 7 days.
A cleaning fee of $100 will charged if the pool deck is not returned to its original state prior to the party.
Participants include both swimmers and non swimmers
1-30 participants - $150/hour
31-60 participants - $185/hour
61-90 participants - $225/hour
91-140 participants - $245/hour
141-202 participants - $290/hour

When can I arrive to set up my event?
You are welcome to set up 15 minutes prior to the agreed upon rental time.
How much time do I have after my event has ended?
You have 15 minutes after the agreed upon rental time to break down and clear personal items used for set up.
Are adults and non swimmers included in the participant count?
Yes, anyone entering the facility during your event counts as a participant.
Can we have a grill at our event?
Yes, but please remember to clean up after your event has ended.
Do you have a refrigerator or freezer I can use?
No, we do not have refrigeration available for our renters.
Can I move around tables and chairs for my event?
Yes, but please remember to place them in their original location once your event has concluded.
