Re: Notice of Vacancies on the WSCS Board of Directors

Ives Pool is operated by the non-profit organization Western Sonoma

County Swimmers (WSCS). WSCS by-laws require notification to all

community members of any vacancies on the WSCS Board of Directors and

to request interest.

Three board members will complete their term at the end of 2026, which

means three positions are up for re-election. While all three incumbent

board members are interested in serving on the Board for another two-year

term, in keeping with our bylaws we are reaching out to the community to

see if others have interest in these positions.

Board responsibilities include attending monthly meetings, financial

oversight and support of the aquatics director to keep the pool accessible,

affordable, safe and operational. Board members are volunteers and are

elected to serve a two-year term.
