the
City if the pool runs without a PM.

Pool Manager report, Patti Bedell:
The pool office was broken into 1/17. The safe was destroyed and a

To minimize future losses the deposits are made (almost) daily now
and screens have been attached to the windows.
On 1/29 a man suffering from low blood sugar was removed from the
pool by force. 911 was called.
Two lifeguards missed their shifts and were removed from the
guarding schedule.
As a matter of policy, lifeguard schedule priority is given to those
who guard during the daytime hours and those with many hours.
Two guards gave notice of quiting as of 3/1.
The spring schedule has been posted and camps and parties are being
scheduled.
The Rotary swim program is being organized.
The PM has requested that office reorganization be better
coordinated in the future.

request that the WSCS by-laws be ammended and look forward to
cooperation with WSCS on this.
SSS requests an formal audit.
SSS has 3 salaried coaches and two hired positions, approxamately
130 swimmers and a new group of Junior Serpents that will start Monday,
February 24.
The Board requested that the SSS subcommittee meet with members of

accounting issues that have caused concern between them.
The Board agreed to discuss a proposal to reverse its decision to
