Dear Friend of Ives Pool,

Now is the time to join Friends of Ives Pool for 2011 and to make a tax deductible contribution to keep our wonderful Ives Pool operating all year in 2011!

Friends of Ives Pool is the non-profit group that operates Ives Pool. By joining Friends of Ives pool you support this wonderful community gathering place, and also are eligible to vote in Board elections.

We rely on user fees and the contributions from pool users to fund pool operations and programs. Take a look at what Friends of Ives Pool accomplishes:

• Ives Pool is open an average of 15 hour per day and averages nearly 200 users each day.
• We employ around 60 people each year and approximately 75% are high school students.
• Our aquatics programs serve all ages, interests and skill levels.
• We are expanding outreach to the Latino community.
• We provide scholarships for swim lessons and aquatherapy.

Please join the pool and make a contribution, large or small, to Ives Pool for 2011! You can help keep Ives thriving in 2011 through your financial support during this season of giving.
